“We had such a nice relaxing stay! Plenty of space for 7 adults. Enjoyed the hot tub and walk to the river. The house was nicely divided into two areas which was nice for half of the group that wakes early and the others that like to sleep in. Loved the screened in porch. Owners were helpful and responded quickly. Very centrally located to Clear Creek and Cook Forest. Very clean and well maintained home.”

“The host did not send check-in instructions until 640pm after VRBO staff and myself tried to contact her, as check in is at 5pm. After arriving at the property, we looked inside the window and it had not been cleaned at 6:15pm (beds unmade). We scrambled to find another place quickly due to it being late in the day.The host only did a partial refund and VRBO would not help.
