Gregg is always easily accessible, abundantly clear on the check-in and check out parameters, the property is well kept/cozy and clean. The place itself is great but it’s always good to know that you have a host who is accessible as well as responsible. 10 out of 10 recommend.”

“Being a solo traveler and for the first time staying alone. I have to say that this place was perfect. I felt safe in the neighborhood arriving after midnight and getting to my room.
