“It dose NOT look like what u see. Its a house with only a Bed. No TV.”

“When I first arrived at the property I was put in a room with a broken lock and no hot water. They wanted me to pay an additional $460 US to move into a better room with hot water, because hot water wasn’t included with my original reservation. I moved to a different room at a cost of $200 dollars to have hot water. They didn’t clean the room or do anything at all in the 23 days I was there. I tried to cancel the reservation but the hotel said no refunds and orbitz wouldn’t do anything to help……

“Number one stunner for rooftop views. Hands down in my opinion. Everything was accommodated perfectly for my stay. I never had any issues asking for clarity, how to get around, and there was staff close by at anytime I needed anything. The communication couldn’t have been better. I went to rest and relax and it was an amazing experience. I was checked in on yet not intrusive in the least. I stayed in the offseason. I’d say when other rooms are booked in busier seasons it would be so much fun to……
