If you wondering about tipping, they provide you that information on your last night. General recommendation is 20% of booking price. They also provide the way to split it between the staff”

“The only minor issue we had was finding directions to the villa initially. However, once we got in touch with Mr. Floyd, everything went smoothly from there. Mr. Floyd and Chef Lenval were absolutely amazing—super helpful, friendly, and full of positive energy, which truly elevated our experience.
