“为什么在hotel上面订的，不能在酒店前台得到发票。连续住了两个周，感觉地面没有及时清扫。早餐明细也不清楚，我都不知道自己是哪天吃的早餐”

“This place was lovely. Very comfortable. There was a nice park across the street and walking distance to several grocery stores. An amazing breakfast and they offer you to take with you for lunch. Great customer service. Close to Rotterdam.”

“房間非常新穎，乾淨，隔音良好。 廚具很新。乾濕分離浴室。 大廳非常明亮，暖氣充足，還有免費咖啡。 可洗衣服與烘衣服。 附近交通方便，出門就有Metro。 不遠處有公車站。”

“This hotel is very modern, and the location is excellent. The check-in process was very quick, and the room was very clean. The breakfast was abundant with plenty of choices. The only downside is that the trash was not taken out during cleaning.”

“Het was fantastisch! Een heel fijn verblijf gehad samen met onze 2 kinderen. Schoon, modern, van alle gemakken voorzien. Gelegen aan een prachtig park, heel dicht bij het strand en ook Den Haag is gemakkelijk te bereiken (met fiets, tram). Wij hadden eigen fietsen mee en daar was een stalling voor achter op het terrein. Hele vriendelijke en behulpzame receptionisten”

“very cold to customer. I have asked for invoice for several times never.received. the window cannot open it is locked. Ventilation is completely dependent on indoor ventilation. I got COVID-19 after living for three days. ”

“位置不错，离中央车站和城市中心都不远，可以步行。酒店装饰低调不失奢华，干净，卫生间大。没有在酒店用餐，但看着环境不错。”

“酒店整体不错，唯一小插曲，被困小电梯里，不过事后服务员送了一瓶香槟和巧克力作为弥补，服务很不错”
