“Great location..in the middle of Grote market…room was small but very comfortable There are no cars in the area so you have to get a little innovated to get your Uber or taxi there ”

“The location is very convenient and we loved the canal and restaurants just round the corner. We were at the front of the hotel and it’s a bit noisy when the trams are running - but we did know that might be the case. All the staff, without exception, were friendly, courteous, efficient and extremely helpful.”

“We stayed for 2 nights. The front desk staff was very friendly and even let us check in earlier than 3 p.m., saying our room was already prepared — that part was great! However, the room was not clean at all. We could find the previous guests’ hair anywhere, and even a chocolate wrapper they left behind. This is the first time I’ve stayed in a room without boxed tissues, a refrigerator, or even a trash can (or bag) in the bathroom. Very disappointing! After speaking with two front desk staff……

When I arrived hotel to find that this is a super Europe aristocratic hotel. 18th century building combined with elegant furniture, beautiful incomparable. My room is all pink department, same as the princess bedroom, breath of fairy tale. All items within the room is so delicate and neat, spotless.Receptionist Peter is most let me remember, he is a grizzled old man, from entering the hotel can feel his warm smile, warm……

“離海牙車站步行約20分鐘，附近有餐廳、超市、購物區，但比較靠市中心的外圍。接待人員親切，可以提供任何協助，熱水壺可以跟櫃台借用(check out還)，每天都有客房清潔。因為是在海牙，所以房價雖然簡單但好像也不會太便宜，不過環境感覺比較安全。”

“ The single bed is quite small for a man, can’t even turn my body to another side. But the space of room itself is pretty good. Clean and about 15 minutes to walk from and to centraal station. Early check in for 5€ (I checked in at 12 pm) and luggage storage for 3€, the price is fair if you need it.”
