“The check in was awesome! The clerk let us check in 3 hrs early ! Awesome.. it all went downhill from there The parking behind the guesthouse is very small and no room to park more than 3 vehicles I was in a Mini Cooper and had issues The room promised at jet tub and wood burning fireplace. Not wood burning I asked the girl who was still there cleaning other rooms and found out no Wood only gas . Ok carry on .. go out for the evening come back to have jet tub .. the water was brown and……

“What a great place to stay! In the perfect location near shopping and dining in Victoria. Short walk to The Empress, the Wharf, Museums, etc. The furnishings and layout were very comfortable. Everything clean in and in working order. We had a little trouble with the outside gate, but the management was very helpful and responsive. ”
