“Building itself is smelly and doesn’t showcase any luxury. The apt tho feels like stepping into a portal to a different world.”

“Booked initially for a month, as we’re currently between permanent rentals. We chose the property as we live in Dubai, and had previously stayed in a short term let a 2 minute walk away. The location was perfect for us, as the hotel has ground level and underground parking, which is convenient as my husband and I both drive. It’s also quick access to 311 and Umm sequiem, which is a quick 10 minute drive to work. We booked a one bedroom superior apartment, which had everything we needed. ……

“Great hotel with very nice rooms and a great atmosphere. There are two restaurants where Maison Mathis is superb. Especially good when you want to avoid transport for hours in the city”

“The penthouse given for our 1st night was not comfortable for a family of 4. Also, cleaning services & change of towels at least every 3 days would be very helpful”

“Everything is good but the WiFi service is disgusting. It got disconnected at times and low speed. I wonder if this is a national policy issue, because last hotel I stayed in Abu Dhabi also got low speed network. Thanks for efforts from staff at concierge Mai and Pretty to help me check in fast and arrangement for my stay.”
