“This is very good option if you’re looking for a smaller boutique-style hotel in a sea of mega size large hotel chains on the Palm. What made this place stand out for me was the staff. Reviewers often mention it but the staff at Voco go above and beyond. In particular CM and Glenys who helped me with everything from room quietness, to Dubai suggestions and a later check out since I had a late flight back. “L’hôtel est agréable, mais la plage n’est dans l’hôtel, il faut traverser une zone avec un restaurant et un bar pour ensuite arriver à la plage.
