“First I am normally not a complainer. I have also stayed in many VRBOs. All very positive experiences.I was expecting rustic because this place looked dated. However upon arrival there is an odor in the home that could not clearly be explained. We bought candles to help with the smell. It is supposed to be supplied with enough towels and wash clothes for 13 guests. It is not. They are working on flooring up stairs so one room was subfloor. Not completed. The bedroom closets were filled with……

More than that it would be a tight fit. The laundry is coin operated, but we appreciated that they were available to us so we didnt have to visit a laundromat.. ”

The owner and property manager were completely responsive and kind. The issue we had was quickly resolved and they even gave us a gift card for a local estery for our issue! Very kind of them!
