“Very nice place! Well-appointed, updated decor, etc. Everything we could possibly need. Pathway to the waterfront and firepit is a little worrisome for older guests (e.g., very slippery rocks after rainfall). ”

“The location was perfect and the house was adequate however the house was not as listed. When checking in we were contacted by our host that a fine would be incurred for flushing toilet paper down toilet?? The back yard was awful. There was animal feces all over which was a concern as we have dogs. No gas for grill. No detergent for dishwasher/washing machine. No dishtowels. Low quality bath towels. Very disappointed. havewehavA ground hog frequent visitors. ”

“This is the nicest place to stay. It's right on the edge of Auburn Hills and very near to Rochester Hills. The communication with our host was amazing from start to finish. The accomodations were so clean, spacious and comfortable. Every little detail was well thought out and provided for your convenience. I cannot recommend this host and property enough. “We stated at this property for my son's graduation from University of Michigan. We had family fly in, and we were able to use the house to gather and celebrate. Plenty of room. The basement was a great place for people to gather and play games while we prepared food upstairs. We're able to easily serve ten people for dinner. It was also easy to access Ann Arbor on the backroads without having to get into highway traffic. ”

“This property has all the necessary rooms and bathroom for our family. Frank was very helpful and accommodating to our needs and answered all questions in a prompt manner or call us himself. Property was renovated; rooms ample, had extra towels, paper towels and tvs in all bedrooms. Downstairs family was nice. We appreciated the 3 bathrooms. Parking was good. Might be good to have extra plates, bowls, coffee cups and silverware to use as to not always having to wash them. Also tissues in……
