“Excellent location just a half block from the bustling Alberta Arts neighborhood. Steps to many excellent independently owned restaurants, coffee shops and small businesses. Having a driveway to park in is a major benefit if you have vehicles, as street parking is almost nonexistent. Bus line is 1/2 block away if you don’t have a car. Four bedrooms and 2 full baths was plenty for our group of 6. ”

“This was a great place to stay in Carlton. Walking distance to great wines and restaurants! The beds were very comfortable, and the entire place was very nicely appointed. Perfect place to spend a weekend to get away, and taste some very good wine. ”

“I chose this property because of the location mainly however the stay was a huge plus. We were walking distance from so many shops, restaurants and grocery stores. We barely drove this trip. We stayed for a week and Marissa was very responsive, helpful and made sure our trip was as smooth as possible. The only thing to note is that she and one other do live at this location so keep in mind that if you don’t like hearing others walking around or doing activities at night then I would double check……

“This was our first time in Portland and this was a wonderful, quiet neighborhood to stay in. House is exactly as described. Steep stairs but we had no issues with this. Beds were comfortable. Able to use driveway for parking car which was nice bonus. Highly recommend!”

I had an operator error as we tried to check in, because I didn't realize the front door was the keypad, but the owners answered my messages promptly and helped me figure it out! There was plenty of parking, and the house was located close to so many things to do and in a nice area! We hope to stay there again when we visit our kids again! ”
