“The apartment was clean, the bed, linens, and towels are good, shower hot and drained and the fan worked, parking was easy except an address on the back side would help the first time. Neighborhood is ok with bars and restaurants and a Starbucks within easy walking distance, even at night. Close to downtown but a little out of walking distance. You can bring your own TV service or internet tv is provided. ”

“We came into town to visit family and this cottage fit the bill perfectly. It is very clean and updated. We will definitely look this one up when we come up next. I highly recommend this cottage!”

“Property is very well kept in a quiet, rural location but within 15 minutes of everything you could need. Best equipped kitchen we have ever had at a rental! Large pots, cookie sheets, even a crock pot and cheese grater! Best communication with an owner as well. I always got a response within minutes. Ammenities are awesome with use of a large lake for swimming, kayaking, wakeboarding, slide and even fishing. Also sports courts and petting and feeding all the animals. Renting this home is like……

This will be our preferred place to stay in the area from now on! Please add a step stool for the vertically challenged so we can reach the top shelf. :)”

“The owners spent a ton of money remodeling the place and did a good job. We rented it for the holidays but the day before the cleaners noticed a problem and the owners had to call us to cancel our reservation. At first that sounds horrible, but it was not due to their neglect and had they allowed us to stay the result would have been less then great. I am thankful they sacrificed their income to make sure we did not experience a bad rental.”
