“The house has a lot of character, is very unique, quirky and eccentric. It was a little too old fashioned/crammed for our taste, but our children loved it and thought it was magical! We knew what to expect from the photos – so not complaining ;) Check-in was easy. The biggest advantage of the house is the wonderful direct lakeside location, the view, the sunsets. The beach is a little rough but you have it to yourself, the water is clean and very clear on calm days. We enjoyed the garden,……

“This cabin-like cottage is lovely. The cottage is steps away from the lake - the sounds of crashing waves is very soothing. There are train tracks near the neighborhood and the trains provide a nice soundtrack when you can hear them and were not disruptive (I think the grandkids would have loved to watch trains roll along the trestle actually). “We stayed here for a Fredonia State alumni hockey weekend, and the house was great. We had no issues, and the owner was very easy to work with. The pictures of the house are accurate. “This was a great place for sports fans! Our family of 5 used it as a home base for exploring Buffalo and Niagara. The kids loved all the bills decorations! Walking distance to the Bills Stadium. Cozy and practical. 4 bedrooms all with their own tv. 1 bathroom with a deep tub. Not a big inside eating area but large outdoor space for grilling etc. Lots of restaurants and grocery store within a couple miles. ”
