“Have stayed here a couple of times now while visiting family in the area. Always have a great stay and look forward to my next trip. The accomidations are perfect in a quite neighborhood. But there were several maintenance issues that brought the overall property down. “I was looking forward to this stay in Garland, TX, but unfortunately was disappointed in my stay. The check-in process is ideal and efficient for all travelers, but especially if arriving late. “The property was dirty, very strong cigarette smoking smell. The fire alarm was chirping always. Disconnected it so we could sleep. The bathrooms had not be cleaned and the rugs and carpets were filthy. The host wondered why we did not contact him at 2:00 am in the morning after a international flight so he could remedy the situation. Was not able to remedy anything.
