“We had a wonderful stay at this cozy home by the lake. The setting was peaceful and serene—perfect for a relaxing getaway. “My friend and I meet in the middle in Lancaster every Memorial Day and this was the favorite place we stayed! Our kids (3, 7, and 10) loved playing on the little beach and floating on the rafts (it was still too early season for swimming). “The private setting was idyllic for this 18th century farm house. The rolling hills, woodlands, and landscaping, plus the yellow cow who kept watch over us, made for a fairytale weekend. The house was beautifully restored, with amenities added that did not detract from the historical appeal. Edwina had everything that we needed to make our stay lovely, right down to a plate of delicious homemade cookies on our arrival. I hope to come back and stay here in the future, and would highly recommend……
