“Loved that the hotel is on campus and across the street from my daughter's sorority house. Also love the ambiance. The inside is dotted with history in photos from long ago. The porch I loved! Our room was first floor and we only had to walk a few steps to sit on the porch. Nice views from there. Everything was blooming and I enjoyed the fragrance of the flowers too. Parking was on site and plenty.”

“The property is beautiful and the hotel is new so they just have a few things they need to get ironed out. The room - minimalist. Not a lot of privacy in the bathroom. It’s a glass box with obscuring on the bottom half. If you are trying to shower and get ready without waking someone else, you can’t. It’s either too loud with the shower and/or you need light. In the shower there is no bench or shelf to place anything. Shaving legs was challenging and there is no door on the shower and water……

“Basic motel with good wifi. We liked the vinyl plank flooring over carpet as it made the room look lighter and cleaner in appearance. Due to college graduation at UA and Mother'sDay weekend, the Italian Restaurant was booked up so we couldn't try it. We just went to another small family Italian restaurant about 2 miles away.”

“One floor only hotel. Nice parking. Good neighborhood. Only problem next to freeway exit. It gets a little noisy. ”

“Perfect for 5 adults! We were in town for a wedding in Fayetteville so this was the perfect location and place to prepare for the festivities! Great family or extended family to rent!”
