“A very cool old house in the center of Fayetteville, and within walking distance of every restaurant and the downtown shops we visited.The home is very tastefully decorated, and so welcoming. A great vintage kitchen, big dining and living rooms, 3 beds and 3 baths. We enjoyed the front porch in the early morning and early evenings. I highly recommend.”

“This home was so convenient to the park, sites we wanted to see, and restaurants. We enjoyed the vast dvd collection! We loved everything about this stay except the outdoor cameras. I'm sure there's a reason they need them, but as a guest it just feels uneasy to know you're being watched. We would recommend others stay here anyways. ”

“Great location, close to Fayetteville and the bridge. Key code door lock made check in a breeze, and no extra key to carry or lose. Super clean, nice patio area with chairs, picnic tables, grill, and fire pit. "Our House" restaurant and pub right next door, owned by the same folks, and within stumbling distance ;). Live music on the weekends may not be everyone's cup of tea, still pretty loud, even inside the accommodations.”

“Don’t hesitate to book for your trip to NRG area! Impeccably clean, thoughtfully, decorated inn. Perfect, memorable stay for our girls trip away. Eric and Natalie were extremely responsive, wonderful hosts. You can feel the heart and soul through every detail of this property. Amble parking in the back, easy walking distance to many cute shops, eateries and drinkeries. Rosa’s attached speakeasy was the cherry on top. Enjoyed our time in historic, eclectic Fayetteville and would absolutely book……

“The Stokes Stay is very convenient to NRG and we were able to get to all of the attractions we wished to see with ease. The hot tub was a great way to relax after a few strenuous hikes. The house was very clean and well cared for. We’d definitely consider staying there again for a return trip.”

“This house was squeaky clean, well-decorated and perfectly accommodated our group of 4 during our stay in Fayetteville. It was also close to the downtown area that includes shops and yummy restaurants. We dined at Cathedral Cafe, Wanderlust and Pie & Pints during our stay and loved them all. The house was also only a 5 minute drive to all the fun activities we enjoyed while in town: Canyon Rim visitor center, whitewater rafting & the bridge walk. The host was very informative with clear check-in……

“Such a cool experience in a unique rental close to Fayetteville and NRG. My wife and I loved our stay in the caboose. It was very clean and quite comfortable for the two of us with a nice bed and bathroom. The setting is also nice for sitting outside to have our breakfast coffee and cook on our portable Traeger. ”
