“Overall this property served its purpose for us- it was clean, in a relatively safe feeling neighborhood, and was comfortable for the 4 nights we spent here! Our only complaint is how close the carriagehouse is to the main house and neighboring houses, which isn’t really shown in pictures. Otherwise my husband, dog, and I enjoyed our stay here and will likely keep this place in mind for future visits! ”

“We chose this property because of its close proximity to Denver University and Pearl Street. DU is just a 5 minute drive and Pearl Street is a two block walk. We really appreciated how quiet the neighborhood is. We had a complication on check-in but Listy was immediately in touch with us and the contractor to ensure it was resolved by the time we had dinner. I would recommend this property for active adults.”

They’ve thought of everything, including having nice little extras that are often forgotten while traveling. The local recommendations were great. We had an issue with the garage door opener and Simon attempted to fix it right away, which was so appreciated! He communicated what was happening right away too. ”

“My daughter and I stayed in this basement apartment for over a week in the summer. It was nice and cool. Almost too cool at some points but just the right amount of cool at other moments. Very clean and the family above is quiet and very friendly. The apartment is huge. Lots of space. The beds are super comfortable. They are big and firm and not warped on one side or on the edges. These are nice mattresses. Just watch out for the bed frame in the first bedroom. I stubbed my shins on it more……

“This was a very convenient location for us visiting our son in Denver. We did share the driveway and fbackyard with the owners but we never saw them. The neighborhood was nice and having a park right next to us was a plus! Our pups loved the park and the fenced in backyard ! The house could use some deep cleaning and some updating (carpets, furniture, kitchen floor by sink, etc.). We were able to see just the tips of the mountains from the West window. Will bring camp chairs to sit outside next……
