“We were familiar with Woodwind from a previous stay and delighted to return to this restful spot to enjoy time with our family, friends and each other. The property is beautifully situated across the Tred Avon from Oxford and we enjoyed boating there for lunch or simply cruising around the local creeks. The house had everything we needed. I only wish we hadn't packed so much kitchenware because the kitchen was very well equipped for anything - right down to a garlic press! From sipping……

“ Wonderful quiet property with a fully equipped stay. AC, Lighting, bug prevention, kitchen amenities, and linens were huge positives. The water temp/controls were a tad confusing and variable, difficult to tell the cause. Another comfort note would be the ladder rungs to the upper bed - they were extremely difficult and uncomfortable to use. There isn't much room for a ladder, so the selected style is understandable, but for anyone looking for a quick and easy sleeping sleeping arrangement……

“I was all about having a killer water view, and this certainly has that. Entire house was beautiful, and very tastefully decorated. Would strongly recommend to any family. ”

“We really had such a lovely time. The home was spotless and included so many little extras (like ziplock bags, snacks, spices and coffee). The beds were cozy and there were plenty of places to stretch out or enjoy the scenery from the deck. The game room was a real bonus to bond as a family away from devices. We were a short drive from some nice places to have lunch and breakfast. The location allowed us to take short day trips for scenic or historical walks. I had a few planning questions which……
