“The staff is impeccable. Excellent concierge and customer service. The interior courtyard is gorgeous with a pool elegantly designed as a tropical centerpiece. The onsite restaurant is an added bonus for chill days and Guido is an excellent chef. All meals that were ordered were tasty and fairly priced. “The stay was amazing. The only thing is just the exterior at night it’s pretty dark, but nonetheless it’s very quiet and peaceful. It’s very relaxing to stay there the communication it’s good with the host. Overall a good experience except for the cabs they can be pretty hostile if you get your own cab like (Eiby or Indrive) but the Taxis in Tulum are very aggressive and they just want to take the most money they can. I would just say be careful on that part. ”

“We stayed in the Santomar building at Lumina Losantos with another family (four adults, four kids ages 11-14) for six nights in a premium apartment (3 bedrooms). Plenty of space for all except that the dining table only seats 6 and the couch seats maybe 4-5 (when we scrunched together).
