“I felt protected at the property knowing the guard standing outside was armed. Then the extra security of having to be buzzed in the property with the hotels band, made me not worry that much! The hotel gave a woodsy feel, it was gorgeous and elegant however the pool outside my room was NEVER cleaned of leaves and accumulated more each day. “Quiet boutique stay tucked in nature. We enjoyed our stay. Customer service with Exquiel and Mathias was great they were very knowledgeable locally with suggestions of where to go and places to eat as well as assisting with extra items for our room when we needed. “The place itself was really nice. the security at front of the building were extremely nice and helpful.
we used this location as a home base for our trip to the yucatan peninsula. after a two day trip south we had returned to find that the water was shutoff, after speaking with the security upfront they informed me that the water was shutoff due to the owner not paying his water bill for the room. we both tried contacting the owner with no answer at first. the owner did end up contacting me……

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour, l’hôte était disponible , le logement était très typique , bien decoré avec de beaux matériaux !
Le cadre en pleine jungle , offrant une piscine au centre , génial!!!
La seule chose manquante est la machine à laver mais il y avait un pressing à moins de 5min.
