“The place itself was really nice. the security at front of the building were extremely nice and helpful. we used this location as a home base for our trip to the yucatan peninsula. after a two day trip south we had returned to find that the water was shutoff, after speaking with the security upfront they informed me that the water was shutoff due to the owner not paying his water bill for the room. we both tried contacting the owner with no answer at first. the owner did end up contacting me……

“No habia nadie en recepcion, en el numero de contacto respondio una persona muy amablemente me comento que el ya no labora en ese lugar , me compartio un numero ( el que aparce en google maps ) en el cual jamas respondieron los mensajes y colgaban las llamadas . “I had a wonderful stay at this property. It was very quiet and safe at the resort. There are under ground parking garages. Beautiful views of the jungle. I loved the rooftop pool the most. The restaurant wasn’t open when we were there and lost power temporarily. The roads to drive up to the property aren’t finished so it’s a very bumpy road but I’m sure that’ll be resolved soon as they finish building. Overall, I highly recommend this property! 10 minutes from restaurants/bars/beach & city.……
