“The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. I think they were just greeting us! The location was perfect for where we needed to go. Would definitely stay there again! Hope to next year! ”

“Clean property with easy check-in, good communication with host. Bedrooms are very comfortable and kitchen usable. Other than the kitchen/dining area there is no group space. This worked great for us as we were out and about all day but if you are looking for a space with a family room just know this may not work. ”

“Great location but the place was sorely in need of repairs! Cracked linoleum in the bathroom, the heater baseboard needs to be completely replaced and cleaned, and the cricket that got inside took me a bit to kill. I would not recommend staying here unless you don’t care about a junky place”

“Location is perfect for downtown access, parking on weekend was free which was a great amenity. Apartment could use some updates, it lacks airflow and a fan would be nice. Due to being on ground level, having windows open is not an option. Accessing keys to place we had trouble with lockbox but communication was great to get this resolved. Says on the listing checkout is at 11 am. But the last night I received a message saying to be checked out by 10 am. Could communicate rules better.……

“Overall the place was clean and comfortable, and I was pleased it looked exactly as the listing showed. It’s a cute building and the unit has modern design in charming old-fashioned bones. Keep in mind it is right in the city, so it was on the noisy/bright side (even at night) and there were some unhoused folks across the street and a lot of graffiti in the back. The place itself though was great and very well-stocked! :) ”

“When we arrived after 12 in the afternoon it reaked, was messy, and verry worn dirty carpets. It look nothing like what was showen on the photo's. We decided not to stay there, afraide of getting some bug or illness. Not up to any standerds. We gave it a minus star. We were miss informed on the add and would like our moneyback.”

“We had a great 3 days for NDSU graduation. The condo was just perfect for the two of us. It is comfortable, clean, and the price was reasonable. The hosts were so accommodating and great communicators. Thank you for a nice stay!”
