“Very convenient apartment location and the owner was helpful when we found that the key fob wasn’t was not able to let us in the building. It seemed to be a problem for other building tenants as well, so we were glad to be able to reach the owner . Space was clean and comfortable with a great restaurant and Speakeasy property in the building. Parking garage nearby was free on weekends. “The room was a little too hot for us old folks, but we managed. I was concerned when we got there and heard dogs barking in the room above us, but after that initial barking, they were quiet. “This is an older property but it was clean and everything was as advertised. There are only two window units in the apartment, neither are in the bedrooms (which I was worried about) but they kept the apartment cool enough even with the 80 degree weather outside. Location is great if you are working on campus as it is just a block away! Would definitely stay here again!”

“Overall the place was clean and comfortable, and I was pleased it looked exactly as the listing showed. It’s a cute building and the unit has modern design in charming old-fashioned bones. Keep in mind it is right in the city, so it was on the noisy/bright side (even at night) and there were some unhoused folks across the street and a lot of graffiti in the back.
