“Very nice”

“We were interested in a place that had room for our family of 22 adults, teens and children. We hoped for a retreat from the busyness of our lives and time to be together. We needed to cook together and play games together, be in a pool together. We also wanted access to grocery shopping, cafes, museums and outdoor activities.This VRBO was ideal for all of this. We loved our stay! ”

“We enjoyed our stay in this RV property! The location was very convenient to everything san marcos had to offer along with resturants and grocery stores! Everything was clean and looked nice. The RV park was very quiet and calm with no loud music or neighbors, we felt very safe. Important to note that while the location does offer wifi, it's community wifi and is not secured, nor is it very fast, and would be difficult to use for working or streaming much during peak hours. This was not an issue……

“This was a quick overnight to enjoy my university town with my best friend, whom I met there almost 30 years ago! I had no idea this place existed behind Palmer’s! It was a great spot to walk around. Coffee and breakfast location just a short walk away, and the place itself was cozy and private. ”

“This place was amazing!! It was sooo clean and the host thought of everything you could need. Dishes and other kitchen things were available. Check in and out was seamless. The area is very quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and stores. 10/10 would recommend staying here!!!”

“Cozy Cabin sums it up. Easy check in. Small; but, neat and clean. A handful of nice spices for the barbecue if needed. Swimming in the river is a little tricky since there is a "wall" directly in front of the property. About 100 yards down, is the boat ramp where you can enter easier. I didn't use the pool; but, checked it out. It looked nice, with a couple of cabanas that would give you your own space. Has a communal washer / dryer attached to the back side of it. Not sure how many properties……

“The house was perfect for our large family vacation! 6 adults, 4 kids and 2 babies were very comfortable here. The master closet is perfect for a pack N play (even has a vent). The kids loved having the pop-a-shot and everyone loved the beds (they are Helix mattresses and very comfy). We were very close to Schliterbaun (our main reason for the visit) and downtown. We didn’t do a lot of cooking but appreciated that they had spices and even coffee available. Overall a great stay and we’d……
