“The house was very beautiful and well kept. Everything was at our reach. The kitchen had everything that we needed in order to cook. The river/lake was great! We loved jumping from the deck into the water. They provided life jackets, floaties, noodles, and tubes so that we could enjoy the river/lake even more. We had plenty of room in the house. We will definitely be coming again to enjoy the views of the sunset complimenting the river/lake. Owners were also very friendly and attentive. Thank……

“Needed a place for our sons’ Groomsmen that would provide space, provide activities (all outdoorsy type) and location (Rehearsal Dinner in New Braunfels, Wedding in San Marcos) and this property checked all the boxes! Waterfront (they caught several fish off the dock) with super dock, pool, chill area outside including standing fire pit, plenty of space for “corn hole”. Everyone had the room needed inside the house and were well pleased staying there . . . Great place!”

“Clean, modern, spacious and really close to TXSU. Pool was very nice. All the amenities you’d need, even pool towels. We had a great time. Everyone had a bed and there was lots of room. Checking in was easy and communication went great too. We loved this house and will definitely stay here again if it’s available next time!”

“Wanted somewhere outside of busy San Antonio to relax but close enough to go to the spurs game, a concert and the river walk. Water levels were very low but we were warned before hand. House was exactly as pictured. The kids loved it. Would like to visit again during summer months. Only real complaint was the cleanliness of hot tub. You could tell it had stormed recently and the cover isn’t the right size so there was dirt and leaves in it possibly from strong winds. Also the masters jetted tub……

“The property was perfect. The house was so clean (even the baseboards) and incredibly well-stocked. Linens were clean and we had plenty for a group of 20. We loved our stay and would definitely return. The host sent all info as needed for check in and house details. My only complaint was getting no response to a number of questions I emailed repeatedly. ”
