William (Property Host) was extremely nice and gave great suggestions on things to do in the area and provided plenty of water and even Croissants/Muffins! “I had a great stay. The proximity to the beach is fantastic and I love that the beach is only accessible by people renting or living in the neighborhood. I was looking for a quiet getaway and I got just that. The bed was great as was the AC. Communication with owners was fantastic. I will be going back. “Great stay. Clean, all amenities provided, located short walk from beach. I wouldn’t call it an apartment or studio, though. It’s the size of a bedroom and includes only a bed, dresser, fridge and microwave. Not even a chair. Description made me expect a bit more but if you know the size going in, it’s a marvelous place to stay. ”

“Upon our arrival we were given a numerical code to get into the rental. It did not work! We tried a number of times as to no avail! There was a couple that told us this has happened to them and showed us a back entrance jacked open by a brick! That’s how we got in! Secondly , we had a difficult time with the a/c. It barely cooled the unit! Finally, after spending a day at the beach, I went to take a shower. The shower handle was stuck and could not turn on the shower!! We had plans to go to a……

“The space was much larger than expected and was perfect for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids under 3! We had a great time, being a 5 minute walk from the beach and having a comfortable space to come back to. We'll definitely be coming back.”
