“Overall very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Dinner was good. There was a bit of noise from neighbouring rooms and some stuffiness in the bathroom because it had no windows or ventilation, but would stay again.”

“First thing after reaching the location I couldn't find the property,After interrogating with localities, they told there is no such hotel.So in that location there was another hotel where the owner told lot of fake bookings are happening with name of the hotel.So no one helped from expedia customer care when I called on toll free number.”

“Beautiful property snd rooms are very spacious and comfortable. It has all the modern amenities while retaining the old school charm of such an old building. We loved the wood burning fire place in the room as well. Breakfast was really good and staff at breakfast place was very friendly and courteous and service was top notch. Afternoon high tea was also amazing. Property has a beautiful courtyard and several charming cottages and suites. Highly recommend staying here for Ooty visit”
