“Staff was excellent and accomodating on a very cold and snowy evening upon arrival. Room access with elevator literally just a few feet away from reception was great as my husband is dealing with a leg injury. “Overall, had a very pleasant experience at this hotel, but the age of the building combined with the poor weather conditions were causing more and more issues. One of the elevators felt unsafe and very poorly maintained. This also happened to be on the side of the building with the severe roof leak.
