“Overall the stay was excellent, except for the need to leave a $100 security deposit that would not be returned until the reviewed the room condition and determined if I took anything that belonged to the hotel. This was very insulting as I am a handicapped senior citizen (81 years of age) staying in a handicaped room. In addition, the deposit would not be returned to my credit card for several business days. This is even more insulting.”
