“Great hotel but could use a little more space in handicap room, (room 215) person who is non ambulatory had some difficulty moving around in the wheelchair within the room and turning around was difficult”

“We check-in at late night, there’s only one security guard seat on a chair and no one work on the front desk. The security guard had to wake up the receptionist. He was not welcome at all and carry a bad mood while he was helping us to check-in. We booked a king size bedroom online but the receptionist gave us a room with 2queens size bed without telling us the king size bedroom were full. When I call the front desk to switch the room, it was the security guard informed us this bad news without……
