“Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits chez Mutlu. L'emplacement est superbe. C est un petit coin de paradis. Le jardin est magnifique et bien entretenu. La piscine est privative, grande et très propre. L'accueil est discret mais excellent. Tout est fait pour qu on s y sente bien. La maison est grande et très propre. Tout le matériel de cuisine est disponible. Bref, le séjour était parfait et reposant. Nous recommandons vivement....”

“This property was pretty accurately described in its write-up. The host was very nice, helpful, and always smiling. It is as others have described, about a 15-20 minute walk into what I would describe as a small village. There are a few restaurants, a couple of bars (one with free swimming in their pool), and of course the ghost town (large area with lots of walking required). You can also purchase minor grocery items. There is regular transit in and out of Fethiye about 45 minutes away……

“This is a lovely Villa it has everything you need. Lovely location 5 min walk to local shops and restaurants 10 min walk to main area Hisaranu, easy 10 min bus ride from top of road from Villa to Oludeniz and Fethiye great service. We stayed October 24 and Mark and Colin could not have been better hosts.”

“Would highly recommend this Villa. Very spacious with everything you need. One of the only villa’s we have had that doesn’t have a down stairs which can often give a damp smell. We had amazing views of Baghdad Mountain. Lilian was a great host always responding to any questions we had. Mehmet the pool man was great too. Would definitely go back to this Villa.”

“We had a fantastic two weeks at the villa. The most striking thing about the property is the amazing view, but this is complemented by extremely luxurious accommodation and incredible outdoor spaces. The owner is extremely diligent, providing clear instructions on how to access the property and plenty of tips about it and the local area. The house manager is equally helpful and everyone in the local area is friendly and attentive. A stay here is highly recommended.”
