“The hotel is well located with a train stop in front of hotel, easy accest to the tourist sites in 10min. The room was clean, however, we're put in a room NOT facing the street, but facing INSIDE of the hotel, this means NO SUNLIGHT in my room. i asked to changed to a room with sunlight, i was told it's fully booked. Please ensure they gave rooms facing the street or with sunlight or the hotel shall have been clear with the room discription if the window is facing inner part of hotel. And……
