“This place was great! I could sit on the porches all day! The best thing about sitting in the porches is that I didn’t notice any mosquitoes, I think the bat population from the caverns in Blanchard springs near by keep the mosquito population low. I also used the fire pit to eat hot dogs and s’mores one night. My children, 5 and 11 year olds loved it as well. I plan on staying here there again in future. ”

“There was nothing bad to say about this place! It is beautiful and the owners are lovely people that live on the property. We had a family reunion of 12 and it worked perfectly. 6 adults, 6 children from 10-18 years old. Communication was excellent. We were able to go out and explore the surrounding areas and come back to relax on the spacious decks and porches. We had a family of raccoons visit nightly and 3 little cotton tails greeted us as we arrived. The river was very high when we came so……

“This was a wonderful property. The cabin I stayed in was perfect for me. Clean, well furnished, quiet and serene. I will stay again and again. Close to Blanchard Springs and only a few minutes to Mountain View. Frank was present and enjoyable to visit with. He’s created a fabulous getaway. ”

He just turned 17 and every year we come back and have the best time and only stay in VRBO this cabin was so nice And clean, it was everything they advertised and made our stay so wonderful. ”

“Perfect cabin for fishing on the White River! It is so close to the boat ramp and Main Street yet feels secluded at the same time. It was very relaxing sitting on the back porch watching the fog roll in every evening. The cabin is clean, comfortable, and furnished well. We highly recommend this cabin and would definitely stay again.”

“Just what we were looking for in a short getaway. Blanchard Springs was only 10 minutes away as well and was a pleasant surprise to check out. Even with the heat wave going on, the lower level at this treehouse cabin was very comfortable to sit outside and still enjoy. Outdoor cushions could use a refresh and maybe a decent set of glasses to drink from (as well as wine glasses, but it is a dry county so that may not be a priority) but the price was right.”

“Clean and comfy! Great mattresses! Exactly what we needed! My 20 year old son enjoyed the space from parents in the loft bedroom. I enjoyed using the kitchen table as my sewing station. The men enjoyed fishing nearby. Hubby really enjoyed the live music in the downtown at night. We ate in a couple meals a day so there was plenty of dishes and tableware. Host left lots of snacks so. Really enjoyed those. The Keurig seemed to have bit the dust by there was a drip maker too which is what we prefer……
