“Great value for money! The property is modern has AC, kitchen, it is clean. The staff is very friendly and professional. It is very near to the square and the cathedral you can walk safely around. ”

“A clean, well appointed with great, pleasant, helpful and accommodating staff. The location is well away from Santa Ana and is extremely quiet. Options for restaurants are limited but there are various local food options. Breakfast is delivered to the hotel but is a bit of breakfast roulette. You know what it is when the container is open. However, we had no complaints with what we got. It was pretty good”

“The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing.”

“The host was very friendly, helpful and informative. Room was clean and a reasonable size, only issue is the walls are quite thin. Location wise you are away from the touristy parts so prices in the area are more reasobale ”

“I liked that the rooms were very neat and spacious. The staff is very nice and on top of your needs. The pool was very nice. I would have given the place a 5 star rating but I did have to ask for both rooms that I reserved the tub was not filling up so it made it harder for me to bathe my baby also in one of the rooms the tv was not working properly they had to change something. Again they did change these things fast but for the p[rice we are paying I feel like these things shouldn't be an……
