The little touch of bringing a birthday card and sweet treats to the room shortly after arrival for my daughter was extremely generous! And made my daughters day! The herbert park literally next door was beautiful and lovely to walk round. Breakfast was very good also! Easy acess to public transport to get around also. Will definitely stay again! ”

“I experienced some difficulty at check-in. The agent at the front desk apparently was unable to pull out my reservation for more than 5 minutes. I had to show it to them on my laptop...which did not help them. Then another agent came along and located my booking in no time. I think they should have offered me a free breakfast for the inconvenience (but they never did).”
