“The best rental experience we’ve ever had. This amazing houseboat is very beautiful with bountiful windows that give you spectacular views of the Harbour. Exceptionally clean with great amenities and very elegant sheets. The nighttime and morning views are special and make you not want to leave. Well appointed kitchen and beautiful bathroom with a great walkin shower! Highly recommend this beautiful houseboat and can’t wait to return on a future trip to Baltimore! Great service and communication……

“This booking is a SCAM! Do not waste your time. I made a reservation for my family to stay in the penthouse, to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We arrive at the building and front desk staff are unaware of any arrangements. I called the number for the “property owner” and get voicemail which directs me to call another number. That number goes to voicemail for a Ms. Jacobs, who then texts me “hello???” after I made several attempts to call her. I asked her about the booking and she was very……

“We were visiting the Baltimore and DC areas and stayed here for a few days. Small but very nice townhouse close to many things. Nice neighborhood. If you plan on cooking, you may want to bring a few of your own things. It was very limited on those things. But overall, very nice and would stay again if ever in the area.”

“At first site I was Leary but a neighborhood garage owner befriended us and made sure we were safe by even setting up cones in the street to secure a parking space. The host Mr. Smith was very kind and patient and provided all the info we needed. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities we required. It was a challenge with the winding staircase for 3 senior ladies but we got along fine climbing them several times a day. I loved the historical feel of the brick and staircase.. Mr. Smith……

“Neighborhood looked sketch but was very quiet annd quaint, don’t be put off ant first sight. We walked to and from Camden for a night game and felt perfectly safe. Always found parking around corner from house. Snacks and coffee and fixings was a lovely addition. Coming in from airport but not quite dinner time, there was an asst of snacks and beverages in fridge. Smart tv allowed us to sign in on our apps to watch our shows. Sky answered any questions within minutes. 5 stars ”
