“Great property to stay at. Very clean, had everything we needed in it. We had our whole family (we had 8 adults and 3 little kids with us) and it was very spacious for us with lots of room to play. The beds were comfortable and clean. Centrally located, however it is a busy street. I forgot our high chair and was able to contact the host, they got right back to me and brought us one! Very pleased. ”

“The rv had everything you’d want for a short stay. Microwave, toaster, drink station. Nice bedroom, living room with tv. The only downside would be the traffic on 395 was noisy. I live on a busy street so didn’t bother me but might bother others that aren’t used to traffic ”

“This house is in a quiet neighborhood in a central area of North Richland. It was very clean and comfortable and the check out requirements were reasonable compared to many places I have stayed.”

“It was cold outside but the host provided heaters that kept it cozy. Radiant heater in living room was great. Very nice view of Columbia River”

“Many sticky surfaces throughout, smell, and flies all over kitchen. So unclean that we decided not to stay, even though it was too late to find another accommodation and it meant canceling our trip and driving back home. Requested a refund and homeowner declined, contacted VRBO and sent photos a couple days ago and haven't heard back yet. This experience was a disappointing and costly waste of time.”

“Every time we have tried to stay in property before, something has happened (having to cancel, host sold the property, etc), so I was nervous about booking. Absolutely fantastic experience! Host was great and responsive. The property was was exactly as advertised. Perfect stay! Could not be happier with our stay.”

“Everything was just about lovely and as expected although the jacuzzi’s jets didn’t seem to work so it pretty much just works as a normal bath. In the bedrooms the fans don’t work unless the lights are on. There are not many blinds so not much privacy as you’d expect but the house was cozy and comfortable enough and they provided plenty of towels, blankets, sheets etc. :) ”
