“The river cabin was clean, full of light and had all the necessary amenities. The deck and sound of the river was a huge bonus, as was the quiet neighborhood where we rode bikes to the general store and could easily access MTB trails, hikes and hot springs.”

“This was definately the cleanest and most organized place we've stayed anywhere. The owners have left lots of games, puzzles, movies etc. Great access to the river and close by many other activities. We can't wait to return to this cabin this summer!”

“An impromptu visit to Blue River, Oregon brought us back to the Belknap Cabin. It was so lovely to see this property during a late season snowstorm as our previous visit was during the middle of the summer. In both instances we couldn’t have picked a better destination and again, we will be back!”

“Loved it”

“We loved our stay! The view is AMAZING and the home has everything you need to be comfy and cozy. Highly recommend. ”

“This trip was very relaxing. Nothing fancy but exactly what we needed. Wood stove was great and the sound of the rain on the river was so soothing.”

“Overall it is fine cabin. Kitchen was updated. Getting heat circulated in the cold weather was difficult. Space heaters would have been nice especially since the heat is located only in living room and kitchen areas. There was one but it did not work. Anyone with mobility issues would have issues at this house as the stairs going upstairs (to the nicer bathroom) are very steep. Little kids would be a challenge as the stairs would be scary for them to use. Plenty of beds for everyone but if……

“The seven of us each had our own bed and there were beds to spare, The home is spacious for sleeping and provides privacy for everyone and adequate bathrooms. Speaking of privacy, the house is tucked back at the end of a road sitting among trees and the river is about three-hundred feet from the river. The hot tub was enjoyable and undoubtedly excellent. Wonderful venue for a group gathering. ”

“The property was beautiful. The kids all had fun. There was plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed the beautiful view, even from inside. The fire pit was a blast also.We didnt like that none of the codes worked to get onto the property or into the houses. If it want for the grounds keeper, we would have been waiting a lo g time to get in. The grounds keeper was amazing. He was friendly and willing to lend a helping hand when needed.”

“The house and property is lovely all around! So much room to spread out. You can tell the host is thoughtful and intentional. You can see the river view through the whole home, the separate masters were perfect, and it’s clean and well cared for. We’ll be back!”

“Very lovely house. The only thing we did not like was the deck was in the sun from 10:00am - 7:00pm. It was hot and could not enjoy the deck. Could use an awning or some umbrellas.”

“This property is located on a beautiful river that you can listen to every night as you fall asleep. There’s no neighbors to deal with no noise to deal with and it’s lovely.. The property is well located within 30 minutes of Eugene and there’s a reasonable drive to the coast and lots of activities.”

“Nothing short of wonderful. My grandparents were visiting Oregon for the first time and this cabin was absolutely enchanting. The view and constant sounds of the river was magical. We had anything we could possibly need in the kitchen and the beds and rooms were so cozy with great options for temperature control. The indoor fireplace kept the whole place nice and warm on chilly days and the sound bar on the tv was so nice I want one myself now. We already want to make plans to return! ”
