“Great spot right near the beautiful village and public beach of Stony Brook (unprocessed, natural sand). The house has been updated nicely. Very light and welcoming. “This was probably the most outstanding property we have ever rented...and we travel and rent all over the country frequently. The home is beautiful, immaculate and so serene. “The house and surroundings are beautiful and quiet. Six of our family stayed there and enjoyed how relaxing and restorative it was. The kitchen is quite large with tables for eating inside & outside. The deck has a wonderful view of the bay which is adjacent to the property. It’s a short drive to a very nice beach & family owned farmers’ market. We will definitely return when possible!”

“The house was clean. Communication with management company was subpar. We got scripted responses to all questions, and false information. For example, we asked if hot tub was working and was told it was. When we arrived, the hot tub was broken and dirty. Also, check-out is at 10am and there is nowhere to leave belongings if you’d like to stay in FI for the day. They should allow a place to keep luggage prior to departure. Overall, great and clean house and amazing location!”
