“It was little details that personalized the experience: kindness and thoughtfulness, like the host giving complete directions to my room, personalized thank you letters set in the room with chocolates, bottles of water and snacks, and the next morning, a very nice buffet style breakfast. Should I get to visit that area again, it will certainly be my top choice!”

“Since new ownership, it’s not the same. The remaining staff are trying their best, but with no restaurant and limited staff hours, it’s horrible. ”

“Although right off Route 26 in Saluda, NC this property is quiet and has an amazing view of the mountains. There is a communal courtyard overlooking the valley and mountains and a small bar area for gathering. My room was perfect with all the amenities you would expect.”

“The room is lovely and the outdoor area would be great in better weather, but check in is all by text and email and I didn’t know that until I arrived so it was a while before I could fill out my info and get into my room. Poring rain and I needed a bathroom, so it wasn’t ideal. I had been driving for 9 hours and I was a bit annoyed.”
