“At check-in, the desk was initially unstaffed although there was a sign asking us to wait for the staff person to return. Once that person arrived, they said we appeared to have two rooms reserved, but couldn't find the reservation that I recognized and had printed. Eventually, they figured out how to resolve it but the initial experience was not positive. The room was fine and the free breakfast was good.”

“It appeared to be recently renovated and I enjoyed the ambiance. The hot tub area appeared to be still under renovation so we missed that perk. Very comfortable bed and pillows. Odd hum sound in the AC fan. That was distracting. Rm 220”

“Team at reception was so quick and friendly at check-in, which was appreciated after a long drive/late check in. Rooms are clean, beds and pillows extremely comfortable. Seemed like a quiet area and heard no noise from hallways or around/above in room.”
