You have to pick up a key from a lockbox with a code, etc, which is an additional step. Also, the company requires you to share a photo of your ID in advance or else they threaten cancelling the booking. They sent me a wrong key pickup code once and I had to call a British phone number to get it sorted out. It is all doable,……

“Stop! Quit searching for places to stay in Beatrice. This is the place to stay. This place was everything described and more. My dad,brother and myself stayed here for a couple days and couldn't have been more happy about our stay. Everything was flawless from the get go. Ms. Margie and Mr. Gary are first class folks with a wealth of knowledge of everything Beatrice. Mr. Gary is quite the story teller and will have you rolling. All the farm animals some local some not so local are beautiful……
