“Conveniently located within Sea Hag strip 1-2 min from Sea Hag Marina the Cozy Cottage was a sweet little spot. The layout of the cottage is a perfect. A comfortable stay after a long day out on the water. Located in Steinhatchee Landing Village, a safe and quaint retreat, it’s the perfect place to rent a golf cart and be within 5min of everything you need or local entertainment and food. Awesome experience, affordable, highly recommended! ”

“We stayed here for our annual scalloping trip to Steinhatchee. The house is located in a good neighborhood, nice to see that they maybe cleaning up the one junky lot on the street. The street was quiet and no loud party house nearby. Quick 5min drive to ramp, marina and restaurants. House is very well stocked with linens/towelse. Our small family was very comfortable.”

“was super clean except trash cans in kitchen and both bathrooms wer full when we got there. there was also a lot of construction going on all around the unit and several times the construction workers were blocking us from coming & going & we repeatedly had to ask them to move”

“What a wonderful place to escape from the busyness of life. The house sits like it's on a peninsula-water views everywhere. The rush of the river is like constant white-noise, providing a wonderful ambiance to enjoy conversation, games, and landscape. If you are looking to kayak or paddleboard, come with experience and lifejackets, as while we were there,the river moved much to fast for anyone to paddle back upstream.”

“Very clean. Well stocked with cooking supplies. Beautiful balcony and view. Not well stocked with cleaning supplies to clean up after yourself like cleaning rags, paper towels, cleaning solution. Also, make sure you ask about the elevator and dock. These were damaged during the hurricane and it does not mentioned it in the listing. They were not available to use so be prepared to go up 3 flights of stairs and not have a boat slip. We had to pay for a boat slip at Sea Hag. ”
