“This property was very new and cleanly. Things I wish I knew. The AC has a digital controller system that allows the owner to limit the use and function of the AC particularly the lowest temp and auto adjusts in the middle of the night. Last thing I want is to have to wake up in the middle of the night to turn the AC back down to 65 lowest they will allow from the auto adjust to 72/74. “We had a wonderful weekend trip! The house looked small from the outside, but more spacious on the inside and plenty of space to accommodate four people and two dogs. Everything was clean and organized. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed marshmallows over the fire pit (courtesy of Julia). The two hot springs were within a 5-10 min drive from the house and we had a lovely soak at both! Beds were comfortable and we liked the new appliances. Only thing to take note is the neighborhood……
