“Loved the property it was exactly what we were looking for. The city is quiet and charming. Overall a perfect place to go and spend quality time and just relax. ”

“The property was as described. Clean, kitchen well stocked. Amenities were great. The location was convenient to shops and restaurants but was not scenic. We were there for a multi day event so we spent minimal time at the house. It was perfect for our needs and the host was responded quickly to the few minor problems we encountered.”

“We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean and cozy. We all found the beds to be comfortable and it was only about 25 minutes from Capital Reef which was nice. Great communication from the host. Thanks again! ”

“The property was very nice and clean. One bedroom on the main level and three more in the basement. One full bath upstairs plus a half bath near the entrance. Another full size bathroom was down stairs. The kitchen was well equipped. There is a car port that has room for two full sized vehicles. It is right where we used the main entrance which was great for parking out of the sun and rain. Driveway was a good length and there was an area behind the back yard where I was able to park my truck……

“Overall, the house was a nice place for us to rest our heads after long days of hiking in Bryce Canyon. It was clean, had some nice amenities (e.g., toys for the kids, tea, hot chocolate). The keypad gave us a little trouble, but ended up working after a bit. There's nothing around in the neighborhood but we knew that ahead of time. Communications with the owner was extremely limited but we didn't have any trouble booking online, etc. and didn't need to reach out for anything. Overall a good……

“We had a wonderful weekend trip! The house looked small from the outside, but more spacious on the inside and plenty of space to accommodate four people and two dogs. Everything was clean and organized. We cooked some meals in the kitchen and enjoyed marshmallows over the fire pit (courtesy of Julia). The two hot springs were within a 5-10 min drive from the house and we had a lovely soak at both! Beds were comfortable and we liked the new appliances. Only thing to take note is the neighborhood……

“Cutest little place ”

“These wonderful hosts have put together a cute, clean space that fits the whole family. There were board games and snacks, clear check in/out instructions and a guide book with things to do. The hosts were so gracious and left us a carton of fresh eggs from their coop! They were DELICIOUS! My adult daughter cannot stop talking about the different types of chickens that Jess taught her about. It was a blast! They also told us about Red Hill Hot Springs which is a free hot springs within a 10-15……
