“The Cozy Cottage is a hidden gem in Weaverville, NC. Beautiful surroundings and secluded. The cottage is very clean and well equipped with everything you need. We enjoyed walking the trails on the property. We were welcomed with chocolates on our pillows and a bottle of wine. Janie and John are great hosts, extremely welcoming and so very kind. We enjoyed a visit with Ziggy, one of their dogs. Thank you for your hospitality. We loved the Cozy Cottage and will surely visit again. We left with new……

Many good restaurants and bars within blocks of the house, and a detailed listing of restaurant/ activities is in a binder at the house. Easy and quick drive to Asheville and the airport. ”

It’s in the perfect location in Johnson City to be quiet at night (minimal train noise) but within walking distance to all of the downtown restaurants/breweries.
