“The property was 5/5 stars. The home was very clean and the kitchen/bathroom/ bedrooms were well stocked with everything my family needed. The only complaint making my overall review 4/5 was about the property itself and the communication: the front stairs and walkway being super slippery in the rain. Communication was difficult in that the owner either didnt respond or waited a good 24 hours to respond. Also, I feel like borderline harassing me for a review was in poor taste. I got……

“We came from Ohio to visit Family in Tennessee and this cute little house that was remodeled was perfect for us. Nice to have a kitchen stocked and plenty of towels. The washer and dryer helped so we didn’t have laundry to do when we returned home. Would love to stay again in the future.”

“Return stay with a wonderful host, Polly. Easy communication and check in process.This is a beautifully (and artistically) furnished comfortable house. Beds and linens are high quality and there are plenty of towels. Kitchen area has eveything you need, even for an extended stay. Living room has plenty of seating and a proper dining table. The whole place is spotless with lots of little extras. (Soaps, cleaning stuff etc.)This is a step above a lot of JC rentals that have a lot of nice pictures……

“This was close to everything in Johnson City but it was in a quiet neighborhood which was nice as well. Very clean and well taken care of.”

“My family and I were in town for my son's graduation. The lovely accommodations topped it off. The only thing I believe needs added is maybe a rolling island for the kitchen. We need more counter space while preparing our meals. Otherwise we were very comfortable and satisfied with our stay.”

“Initially, the property did not have clean bedsheets in the master bedroom, and there was some other cleaning issues. It turns out there was a communication issue w the cleaner but the home owner came to replace the sheets and make the bed. He cleaned up the other little things and returned our cleaning fee. Besides this, the actual property is very neat, cozy and in a nice area. The road up to the property is dirt, so a suv with all wheel drive and some ground clearance might be best. The hot……
