“No joining instructions were sent prior to arrival. The resort had no idea of the booking because it was a private apartment rented out on Hotels.com by another company. I had to call to get someone to tell me how to gain access to the apartment. The resort were going to charge me for parking but I showed that the listing stated parking was included. When we got into the apartment there were no towels or bedding. Had to call again. Was told that the listing stated that this was not included.……

“Excellent séjour! Accueil au top, convivial et chaleureux ! Marine est adorable ! On se sent comme à la maison. Plusieurs espaces de détente cocooning. “Great hotel for large groups, the beds are so comfy, and it’s in a perfect location. Lots of parking too - we had four vans that were easily parked in the car park. Great selection of restaurants nearby.”
