“We had the best time staying at Ken's property! The property and studio were extremely clean, just what we were looking for. Ken was warm and welcoming, very responsive. Ken even provided a list of recommendations that were top notch. The location to Duval Street and the rest of KW along with the bikes made everything so easy! It was perfect to bike around and then come back to the property and jump in the pool! Highly recommend this property or any of Ken's properties! We will be back! Thank……

“It was a great place to stay! The pool/beach was great! Just a few things that should get fixed. The facet in the kitchen doesn’t retract, check the hide a bed after every guest leaves, knives are not sharp, I would definitely stay there again.”

“The house was super clean upon arrival. the area is nice and secluded so you don’t see or have nosey neighbors. close to all the action but just far enough away you don’t hear the night life when going to bed. perfect little guest house for two! would definitely go back! ”

“The hosts were welcoming and provided great recommendations on things to do in Key West. They advertised pet-friendly and they were very accommodating. The highlight of the trip was the sunset cruise that was customized to really give us great views of Key West and the sunset. Captain Abbie and Glen even let us stear the the boat around. Absolutely incredible experience.”

“We loved our stay at this Keywest property. It’s a perfect spot for a celebration getaway. There is Willy T’s next door with live music so you have entertainment on your patio with amazing music. The property is large enough with the two pools and 6 rooms to host a large group. You can walk everywhere as it’s in the center of all the shops and restaurants. Would definitely love to stay again.
