“I rented this resort house and venue space for a staycation and my husband's surprise 55th birthday. Tania and Mark were awesome. They were easy to contact and very responsive. They helped me through the entire process. The house and the event space were beautiful and well equipped. The grounds are well cared for with gorgeous views! Would definitely rent again and highly recommend it for others. You won't be disappointed! / /”

“Lovely gathering spaces. Beautifully decorated. Well stocked kitchen. The bunk beds are kid friendly but not so suitable for adult sleepers. Great country landscape. The complimentary homemade bread and farm fresh eggs were a delicious, gracious surprise. The host was responsive to our questions and needs. ”

“The communication with the property management was slower than I’d prefer. The house overall was okay but there were several issues including exterior doors and windows not locking, faucets/sinks leaking, heater/ac units malfunctioning ”

“The house was better than described. Super cute and spacious. Great vibe as we walked in! Sea Themed, so relaxed and casual, but had everything we needed. A lot of extra touches like nice towels and a full size coffee pot! Sun Porch was awesome! Beds were the best I've ever slept on! I didn't want to leave! Highly recommend Dena and this place! If I'm in the area, I will stay again.”

“The home was comfortable and provided a great vacation hub for the 4-5 days we stayed in KC area. Centrally located to historical areas like Liberty, Independence, and Far West. The only thing we wish the property had was laundry facilities. For a short stay not a problem, but for longer it was unfortunate we had to go sit at a laundry mat for several hours on our vacation...never seen a house without laundry. Guess we shouldn't have assumed. We had two adults and four children; utilizing the……

“The location was slightly hard to find but the inside of the house was beautiful and there was plenty of room! We had 6 adults (3 couples) and one toddler and we all had plenty of room! We enjoyed this hope and will definitely be coming back in the future.”

“Pros: House is awesome and has everything you need. Quiet neighborhood and backs up to the woods. Cons: Ants and spiders inside and out. Patio door and one of the garage doors weren't functional. Host responded a technician would be out but they never showed.”

“Enjoyed our stay at GMa Cabin. A huge house with plenty of rooms and beds for multiple clans. Only negative comment is there was no toilet paper and counters and dishes were a little dusty. Definitely not a deal killer. Beautiful surroundings with plenty to do 20 minutes back towards KC.”

“We come every year in September and stay at this house this year we came in September and December. Only real complaint we have is the quality and amount of toilet paper that is provided. We usually bring our own or have to go buy some and that shouldn't be a thing. ”
